shipment/delivery of your order. We will hand deliver to stores
within a reasonable distance from Fitchburg, MA. Credit references
are required for Net 30 or Net 60 Days terms. Prepaid orders

All products are sold with
our company labeling. We will do custom labels, but "Made by
Scentsational De'Lights" will be printed on the label.

Order must be over $175.00
(at Retail prices) for 30% discount.

Because our products are
made to order, your order will NOT be processed until 50% non-refundable
deposit is received. Average turn-around time is approx. 2-3 weeks from
the date your deposit is received depending on your order. We can not
give a guaranteed complete date but will try our best to work as quickly
as possible to deliver products in a timely fashion. If you need your
order by a specific date, it is best to order ahead of time. We want to
make sure every item you order is given special attention. Upon
completion of order, payment in full must be received within 5 business
days before shipment of order.

Payment in full is due
before your order will ship. We accept Bank Checks, Money Orders and
PayPal. If you pay with Personal Checks or Company Checks your order
will be held until the check clears our bank.
